Late on June 30, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced that the following enterprises were allowed to register their initial public offerings in accordance with legal procedures: Ningbo Technology Lithium Battery Material Co., Ltd. (Ronbay Technology), Shenzhen Appotronics Corporation Ltd. The above enterprises and their underwriters will negotiate with the Shanghai Stock Exchange to determine the issuance schedule, and successively publish the prospectus documents.
According to public information, Ronbay Technology, formerly known as Ningbo Jinhe New Materials Co., Ltd., was reorganized in September 2014 and achieved its listing target in less than five years.
Specifically, Ronbay Technology was one of the first companies to be accepted on March 22, and its registered place is located in Zhejiang Province. The company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of lithium battery cathode materials and their precursors. The main products include NCM523, NCM622, NCM811, NCA and other series of ternary cathode materials and their precursors. The ternary cathode material is mainly used in the manufacture of lithium batteries, and is mainly used in the fields of new energy vehicle power batteries, energy storage equipment and electronic products.
The sponsor institution issued on the Science and Technology Board is CITIC Securities. The planned number of shares to be issued is not more than 45 million shares, and the proportion of the total share capital after the issue is not less than 10%, and the proposed financing amount is 1.60 billion yuan.
