At the moment, 5G technology changes are bringing about a dramatic change in the market landscape. Millimeter wave communication and large-scale antenna technology are undoubtedly the highlight technologies in 5G communication, but the higher operating frequency, data processing, transmission speed and more intensive layout push the high density, integration and miniaturization of 5G PCBAs to the extreme, and traditional equipment cannot be tested on it.
According to it, IORANGES has independently developed the high-speed, high-precision air-floating platform AirTrack, which revolutionarily uses the air-floating principle to historically increase equipment movement speed from 1m/s to 5m/s, with repeat positioning accuracy of up to 1um and dynamic response of up to 5G or more, directly improving equipment performance to several times that of traditional equipment.
IORANGES's air-float platform-based flying probe test equipment, with high precision, high coverage, high flexibility and high market response, has become the world's only equipment capable of static and dynamic full functional testing of 5G PCBA products, and it has now achieved mass production and successfully gained the approval of well-known domestic brands of mobile phone manufacturers.

In May 2020, IORANGES's Southwest Service Centre was officially put into operation.
