Mr. LI Xing is one of the founding partners of V Fund and currently serves as the company's CEO. He focuses on intelligent manufacturing and the innovative auto-making industry.Mr. LI has had more than 20 years of investment experiences. Before co-founding V Fund, he served as the director and general manager of China Equity Finance of Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Department, and as well a member of the Asia Pacific Standards Committee of Goldman Sachs Investment Bank, member of the Asia Pacific Project Selection Committee, and chairman of the Goldman Sachs Core Committee.Mr. LI previously worked with CICC and Huaxia Securities, and has accumulated in-depth knowledge and experiences in auto-making sectors, manufacture and material industries. He led a number of benchmark IPOs, M&As and refinancing for renowned companies such as Goer Acoustics, GAC, BYD, and O-Film. 

Mr. DUAN Aimin is one of the founding partners of V Fund. He focuses on intelligent manufacturing and innovative auto-making industry.Mr. DUAN has had more than 20 years of experiences as both a banker and an investor. Before co-founding V Fund, Mr. DUAN worked with Goldman Sachs China team and served as the co-head and executive director of the Capital Markets Department. He was member of the Internal Control Committee at Goldman Sachs Gao Hua.Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. DUAN was one of the founders and colleagues to jointly launch the Capital Markets Department of CITIC Securities and served as the Senior Vice President of the Capital Markets Department, where Mr. DUAN led flag-ship IPOs of ICBC, Bank of China, Air China.Later in his career, Mr. DUAN has devoted considerable contributions in bringing a bunch of deep-tech companies to the capital market. Such names included BYD, GAC, O-Film, Tsinghua Tongfang, China Guodian, CRRC, CHNG and YCIG. Mr. DUAN is a widely-respected veteran in China’s capital market and enjoys a resourceful network of manufacture industries. 

Mr. ZHU Feng is one of the founding partners of V Fund. He focuses on semiconductor and smart manufacturing. Mr. ZHU is a highly experienced deal-maker and investor with profound knowledge of engineering and deep-tech. Prior to co-founding V Fund, Mr. ZHU worked with the Asian Industry Group of Goldman Sachs China Investment Banking Department as an executive director. He dealt with multiple IPOs, refinancing and cross-border M&As for companies such as Guanghui Automobile, Suning Appliance, Alibaba, and Qingdao Haier.Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. ZHU worked with UBS Securities first as Deputy Director of the Investment Banking Department and later promoted to be the head. Mr. ZHU started his banker career at CITIC Securities in early 2004 and worked at the Investment Banking Department. 

Mr. LI Yu is one of the founding partners of V Fund. He focuses on intelligent manufacturing and innovative auto-making industries. Mr. LI has had rich experiences in both domestic and overseas M&As.Before co-founding V Fund, Mr. LI worked with Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Department as an executive director. He helped deep-tech companies seek refinancing and M&A opportunities.Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. LI worked with BOC Investment Banking and started his career at KPMG. He led IPOs and M&As for companies such as Joyson Electronics, ZTT, TV189 and Sanonda.

Ms. XIONG Ashley is one of the founding partners of V Fund. She focuses on artificial intelligence , semiconductor and IoT industries. Ms. XIONG enjoys a rich network connecting different stakeholders. Before co-founding V Fund, Ms. XIONG was the executive director of the asset management department at Goldman Sachs Group, helping high-net-wealth clients with global allocation.Prior to Goldman Sachs, Ms. XIONG founded and operated a high-end customized international travel agency in 2007 and has had extensive experience in starting and operating a business. As a female investor, Ms. XIONG is widely recognized by peers and entrepreneurs.
